Emmy Squared totally exceeded our expectations! The pizza was out of this world — crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Laura Grillo took care of our table and she was incredible — super friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She checked in at all the right times and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s not every day you get both amazing food and service that makes you want to come back right away. Huge thank you to Laura and the team — we’ll definitely be returning soon
Delicious Detroit style pizza - crispy and airy. We got the colony and it was a Perfect blend of savory and sweet. Also got the vegan cheese and it didn’t not disappoint. Drinks were delicious with fresh fruits like pear puree and passionfruit syrup. Stopped by after Broadway matinee show for early dinner and we got seated immediately. Service was great. Highly recommend.
Hands down best sauce on any pie I’ve ever had. Dough was excellent representation of Detroit style deep dish, cheese on edges a crusty crispy brown, center fluffy and light. Uses real fresh mozzarella and it’s a wonderful tasting experience when someone cares what pizza they produce. Found this hidden gem and will be back when I’m in Manhattan. Wings was excellent as well!
The best pizza I’ve ever had in my life!! Best gluten free pizza and even my non-GF boyfriend agreed!! It was so good that we went back before we left for the airport at the end of our stay in NYC. Highly highly recommend!!!! GF items marked on menu and servers very friendly, helpful and understanding.
I’ve been wanting to come here for a while! Finally made it and Keea was amazing and attentive and the food was great as expected! We got the H&H margarita, MVP, cheesy garlic sticks and the chopped cheese. Everything was so so so good. Highly recommend.
We had such a wonderful time at Emmy Squared Pizza in NYC! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive — especially thanks to Laura Grillo, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations that we absolutely loved. The food? Absolutely fantastic. Every bite was packed with flavor. The Detroit-style pizza was perfectly crispy on the edges and deliciously cheesy in the middle. We also tried a few of the appetizers and sides — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend Emmy Squared to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back — and hope to be seated in Laura's section again!
Cozy and welcoming. Tasty appetizers and delicious pizza. Kids really loved the mozzarella sticks and Zia Fries. For pizzas we enjoyed a classic, a Vodka Sauce Pie, and one with red onions, banana peppers, and hot honey. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Dos Fashioned cocktail. Staff was helpful, engaging, attentive, and friendly. Great location. Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful experience overall! Ivan was extremely kind and able to seat our party of 2 at the bar after a short wait, despite the fully booked dinner rush. The food was amazing, I loved the Classic Pizza, the crust was light, fluffy, and crispy; and the sauce/cheese distribution was perfect. Very excited to come back next time we're back in the city!
